Xiao Hua lowered his head to inspect the spearhead before him. It merely glinted with a dark, blackish edge and showed nothing unusual. If the old man had not said it was a demonic artifact, Xiao Hua would not have been able to tell at all. He swept his gaze over the spearhead, still somewhat unwilling, and wanted to glance elsewhere.
"Enough, little fellow. Take this thing. Trading that little bit of yours for one of this old man's demonic artifacts—who knew what virtue you accumulated in your past life? Don't be ungrateful!" The old man spoke coldly again and tossed the spearhead into Xiao Hua's hands. Then, with a sweep of his hand, the demonic artifacts across the entire stall were collected one by one. His movements were incomparably swift. After a blur of afterimages flashed past, everything had been put away. Xiao Hua hurriedly reached out to catch the spearhead and did not even notice where the old man had stored all the demonic artifacts.
