No one knew how much time had passed when, high in the sky thousands of miles from the abyss, a ring of crimson clouds suddenly appeared. The radiance around the clouds then transformed into myriads of flowers. Before the flowers had fully taken shape, golden light flashed within the clouds, and a colossal creature over a hundred zhang long materialized out of thin air!

Golden light glittered all over the dragon's body, emanating from the densely packed, foot-sized scales covering it! The scales somewhat resembled fish scales, yet obscure runes flickered faintly across them. Threads of crimson flame flashed between every scale, the edges of those flames nearly black!
Behind the dragon's body, its butterfly-like tail carried streaks of purple. Having just emerged from the gray void, that purple had already become somewhat dim.
"Roar~~~~~" The moment the giant dragon appeared, its voice shook the nine heavens, its draconic roar filled with fury. Upon its several-zhang-wide head, a pair of crimson Dragon Horns stood out strikingly! Between them sat an ancient-looking dragon crown! The crown emitted faint golden light, concealing most of the dragon's head so that its face could not be seen at all! Yet as the dragon roared, the golden light flickered like breathing, and beneath it, one could vaguely make out an ugly, ferocious visage.
After letting out its furious roar, the giant dragon flicked its tail slightly. The crimson clouds became a rainbow once more, and the dragon sped along it toward the West Sea's Eye, faster than a shooting star. The distance of several thousand miles was crossed in the blink of an eye!
