The black Porsche was now in first place, with the white McLaren sticking to it like a shadow. They were practically neck and neck.
At a sharp bend on the downhill stretch, the Porsche swung its tail out in a gorgeous drift through the corner. Not to be outdone, the McLaren floored the accelerator and drifted after it.
Like twin bolts of black and white lightning, they drifted around the corner almost side by side. The gust they whipped up lifted the white skirts of the girls watching at the first bend, and it took a while for them to settle.
Then deafening cheers erupted from the crowd!
"Amazing! Absolutely amazing!"
"This really was worth the trip. No matter how many times I watch Fujiwara and Takatsu drift, they always take my breath away."
Some spectators were full of praise, only to hear an unfamiliar engine roar as a red Ferrari came into view.
"A third car? Wasn't tonight's race a duel after Fujiwara's girlfriend got caught two-timing him? Why is there a third car?"
"Could he be another backup boyfriend?"
Several car lengths behind the black and white supercars, Uchiha Naruto finally drifted his Ferrari California around the corner.

Though its speed was no less impressive, its rear wing slammed hard into the guardrail, sending sparks flying and leaving a large dent on the spot.
