Uchiha Senmon's figure flickered on the street, then appeared atop a residential building's water tank.
As far as the eye could see, the city lay in ruins. Swathes of buildings had collapsed, the roads had caved in, and several columns of black smoke rose in the distance. It looked just like a battlefield.

Abe no Seimei really had made the Heavenly Origin Game into live-action PvP.
Uchiha Senmon's eyes flickered, and he said casually:

Uchiha Senmon involuntarily frowned at that.
The Heavenly Origin Game was not even halfway over, yet fewer than a third of the players inside the Sendai barrier remained.
Things were moving too quickly.
"Bring up the player score rankings," Uchiha Senmon ordered again.

Uchiha Senmon scanned the rankings from top to bottom before his gaze finally settled on Rasa at the top.
Someone inside the Sendai barrier had already earned the required 100 points. Once the Obon Festival arrived on the old calendar, he could leave the Heavenly Origin Game and gain his freedom.
Rasa was probably the strongest person inside the Sendai barrier!
