"According to Ohara's ancient texts, the only place in this world with such a chaotic magnetic field is the legendary Laugh Tale!"
Allison spoke in a serious tone.
"In these waters, the Log Pose stops working entirely. We can only rely on a navigator's experience, just like back on Lodestar Island."
"Only these waters might lie even farther in than Lodestar Island, which would explain why the Log Pose has gone completely haywire."
Lind's heart sank at Allison's words. He had never collected any Road Poneglyphs.
If they really had reached the waters between Lodestar Island and Laugh Tale, as Allison suggested, his chances of reaching Laugh Tale were practically zero, and his chances of finding Lodestar Island were slim too.
"Wait, the place where we parted ways with Roger and his crew was deep in the New World, but it was still some distance from Lodestar Island. The Wanderer couldn't possibly have drifted that far in such a short time."
Lind caught on and gave Allison a puzzled look.
"Hahaha, I was just kidding. Don't be so nervous."
"Besides Lodestar Island, that ancient text also recorded another place with a chaotic magnetic field: the legendary Magnetic Sea."
"According to legend, it was formed by a battle between an incredibly powerful Magnet-Magnet Fruit user and a Tremor-Tremor Fruit user."
"Their fruit abilities changed the earth's crust and magnetic field, eventually creating these waters with their chaotic magnetism."
"Based on the experiences of people who wandered into these waters before, we just need to keep sailing in one direction until we're out, then wait for the Log Pose to recover."
Allison explained with a smile, putting Lind considerably more at ease.
"But since we've finally made it here, why don't we explore a little?"
"Strictly speaking, these waters are even better
