When Kaido sobered up the next day, he had completely forgotten what had happened the day before. He arranged the day's work as if nothing had happened, then went looking for Kozuki Oden again, who had barely slept all night because of his racket.
"Shurororo! Oden, let's go spar with Pande Lia and see whether the two of us can take her down together." Kaido burst out laughing as soon as he pushed open the door to Kozuki Oden's room.
Hearing that, Kozuki Oden sighed helplessly. What could he do? Kaido was his brother. He forced a smile and agreed to Kaido's request.
Fortunately, his Admiral-level physique really was excellent. Even a night with barely any rest would not affect his condition.
"Shurororo! Then let's go. I've wanted to give that woman Pande Lia some trouble for ages." As Kaido spoke, he dragged Kozuki Oden outside.
Once they reached the open ground outside, Kaido immediately transformed into his Azure Dragon Form and flew into the sky, holding Kozuki Oden in his claws.
Clearly, Kaido did not want anyone riding on him, even his close brother.
Kozuki Oden, however, was rather speechless at being held in Kaido's claws. He transformed into his Taotie form and broke free.
"Kaido, I can fly on my own." A deep voice emerged from Kozuki Oden's enormous mouth.
After all, Taotie was one of the dragon's nine sons. A mere ability to fly was something he possessed.
That left Kaido a little embarrassed. He had thought that, aside from himself, all other Zoan Devil Fruits relied on wings to fly.
"Shurororo! Oden, you're every bit the brother I thought you were. Now I'm even more confident we can defeat Pande Lia!" Kaido laughed, covering his embarrassment.
With that, Kaido accelerated toward Bahar Island, with Kozuki Oden
