In the reception room, Lind saw off the last candidate-Pande Fia, Pande Lia's younger sister.
Although Pande Lia had not joined Lind's ranks because she needed to oversee her family, quite a few members of the Pande Family had joined him.
Pande Fia was one of their standouts. She had only been serving under Lind for a little over a month, yet she had already distinguished herself enough to become one of the first candidates.
His conversation with Fia, in particular, made Lind suspect that she had been reading books published on Oran Island even back when she was in the Yinglan Kingdom.
She was also intelligent and mature, and many of her insights surpassed those of the veterans in Lind's division.
No wonder Liana had recommended her. Aside from their close relationship, Fia's ability was also an important factor.
