Even from so far away, everyone could still feel a bone-chilling dread. The dragon constantly spewing flames and the mountain peaks being sliced apart spoke at every moment to the terror of the battle.
This was absolutely not a commotion any ordinary powerhouse could cause!
"That presence feels so familiar."
Luffy stared blankly into the island.
For some reason, the presence of the powerful fighter battling the dragon felt incredibly familiar to him, as though he had encountered it somewhere before.
Yet this was clearly his first time witnessing such powerful Haki!
A figure suddenly flashed through his mind.
"Well, I'll know once I take a look."
Luffy grinned and held the brim of his hat.
They would be ashore soon. He would find out when he went to look.
Boom!
Just then, the ship jolted violently.
"Waaaah! Cannon fire!"
Everyone staggered about. The timid Usopp and a few others screamed in fright, thinking they were under attack.
"Don't panic! It's not cannon fire!"
Zoro ran to the side of the ship and looked at the reef emerging below.
"The hull hit a reef."
"No, the ground is rising!"
Sanji explained, his face pale.
Under everyone's shocked gazes, the ground slowly rose, sending vast amounts of seawater spreading outward. In the blink of an eye, a stretch of land appeared before them.
Their ship sat right in its center.
The earlier jolt had been caused by the rising ground striking the hull.
Rumble...
The ground shook again. Huge stone pillars rose along the edges of the land, like the barriers of an arena.
"This is...!"
Sanji and Robin exchanged a glance, all color instantly draining from their faces.
