Vegapunk broadcast his findings about the world’s rising seas and announced that Good would try to raise the submerged land. As the broadcast reached people across the world, the earth began to shake and Marineford started rising from the sea.

• Garling announced that he would join the Five Elders as the Warrior God of Science and Defense, while the Elders ordered Kizaru to retrieve Greed.
• Good buried Saturn deep beneath Egghead’s lava, and Speed helped Vegapunk prepare a worldwide broadcast.
• Vegapunk revealed that the World Government had used an Ancient Weapon to destroy Lulusia and raise sea levels, and said the world had sunk by two hundred meters during the Void Century.
• Vegapunk showed Good entering the lava lake and told the world that he would try to raise submerged land and reclaim people’s homes.
• The earth began shaking worldwide, and Marines at Marineford saw the water level drop as the island rose.

Good’s raising of the world’s land reshaped coastlines and islands, while Vegapunk explained that the Red Line had sunk and proposed that Laugh Tale might lie beneath the sea. After Good rescued Vegapunk’s surviving team, they accepted that York’s escape posed only a limited threat, leaving Vegapunk and his satellites aligned with Good.
