Harry had wanted to play some Muggle video games with Ron, to give him a taste of Muggle technology and export a little culture to a wizard.
But before he could put that idea into practice, Sirius suddenly appeared before them.
If it had only been Sirius, Harry would not have thought much of it. But Professor Babbling had actually appeared with him, which was rather unusual.
As the most handsome man and the most beautiful woman Harry knew, with what seemed to be some history between them, Harry had always thought they were a perfect match.
But for reasons he still did not quite understand, the two had never gotten together, though they often flirted a little.
So when they appeared together before him and Ron, Harry's first thought was that perhaps they were finally getting together.
Well, it did not seem impossible.
Back then, Babbling and Sirius seemed to have fallen out over the matter of fighting Voldemort head-on.
One had gone abroad, and the other had ended up in prison.
After Voldemort's resurrection this time, Babbling had been just as passive in her attitude toward him.
Even when Voldemort had attacked Hogwarts, everyone else had fought him, while this professor, whom Harry remembered as being quite powerful, had never made a move.
But now that Voldemort was thoroughly done for, the problem between her and Sirius no longer existed.
So when the two arrived together, Harry had thought Sirius was about to introduce him to his godmother.
But then he noticed that neither of their expressions looked quite right.
"What's wrong?" Harry asked, a little puzzled at the sight.
"Very bad news. Jacques Xilieikesi has been abducted by the Dark Council," Sirius said.
Harry had to think for a moment before he remembered who Jacques Xilieikesi was.
