Hearing the voice behind him, Wang Yang whipped around and saw a familiar figure.
"Loki!"
Wang Yang spoke in surprise. It seemed this Loki wasn't from his era, but he had still called out instinctively.
"You know me?"
Loki looked at the stranger in surprise.
"Who are you?"
Loki watched Wang Yang warily.
Seeing Loki's reaction, Wang Yang was completely certain that this Loki had come from another universe, one without him.
Moreover, as a side effect of the Avengers traveling through time after their first defeat against Thanos, this Loki had traveled through time and then been taken back to the Time Variance Authority by its agents.
"I'm a friend of yours from another world!"
Wang Yang said with a slight smile.
Now that he knew this wasn't the Loki he knew, he certainly had no need to insist that this Loki recognize him.
"A Loki from another universe?"
Loki's eyes darted, and he quickly recovered.
"Then what are you doing here? Are you going to take on the Time Variance Authority?"
Loki had always been the sort to assess the situation and adapt. Now he saw Mobius looking utterly bewildered.
And the judge had already disappeared, evidently killed.
He didn't want to get killed here.
"Something like that. I'm sure you want to take control of the Time Variance Authority too!"
Wang Yang said with an ambiguous smile.
At this point, Loki was still full of ambition.
He wanted to control Asgard and Earth.
He had worked with Thanos to invade Earth.
Now that he was here, he wanted to control this place too. It all came so naturally.
Loki's expression changed when he heard Wang Yang's words. He seemed surprised, unable to understand why this man knew what he was thinking.
