Therefore, Cobra absolutely would not permit Dance Powder to be used in Alabasta.
"That stuff is nothing but a scam. The rain I'm talking about doesn't rely on anything. Words alone aren't very convincing, so let me demonstrate for you, Your Majesty."
After speaking, Karn set down his knife and fork and created a shadow clone. The ability made everyone in the palace brighten with interest; they apparently had never seen this sort of Devil Fruit ability.
The shadow clone transformed directly into a cloud of smoke and flew out through the main entrance.
Karn smiled as he took out a parchment scroll and said to Cobra with a smile, "King Cobra, it'll rain very soon. Once you believe me, you can take a look at my rates. These are friends' rates."
