After the Moby Dick appeared, the atmosphere throughout Marineford seemed to freeze.
Only the World's Strongest Man, Whitebeard Edward Newgate, had the ability to make everyone tread so carefully.
Even though he was already old, dragging around a body riddled with injuries and illness, none of the Marines underestimated him.
"Gurararara! Sengoku, long time no see! You brought my son to Marineford just to get me here, didn't you? Ace, wait right there! Pops will take you home in a moment!"
Whitebeard laughed heartily, his voice carrying across almost all of Marineford and reaching the Sabaody Archipelago through the Image Den Den Mushi. The presence of the strongest man made even the reporters far away on Sabaody unconsciously hold their breath.
"Since you've come, stay here with Ace, Whitebeard Edward Newgate!"
Sengoku shouted back. His declaration also marked the beginning of an all-out war between the Marines and an Emperor's pirate crew.
"Then let's see what you've got, Sengoku!"
Whitebeard laughed, then narrowed his eyes slightly. His arms suddenly swelled, white light appeared around both fists, and he slammed them out to either side.
Crack! Crack, crack!
Space seemed to shatter like glass. The tremendous Tremor Power seemed to turn both the atmosphere and space into fragments, making everyone in Marineford lose their footing.
Inside the crescent-shaped bay, that tremendous Tremor Power raised tsunamis dozens of meters high, surging outward in both directions from the Moby Dick.
"What was that explosion just now?"
"A tsunami? What a monster!"
Sengoku's expression darkened as he spoke. Whitebeard really had given him a hefty greeting right off the bat. The Moby Dick was already a large ship, but the tsunami Whitebeard had unleashed could easily swallow more than a dozen ships its size.
And that tsunami was heading straight for Marineford!
