After they returned to the house, Sella asked her question. Earlier, she had merely been lying on the floor unable to move, not unable to hear what Karn and Illyasviel von Einzbern were saying.
To Sella, this was absurd. The Einzbern Family had clearly resolved to pursue victory in the Holy Grail War, so why had her lady agreed?
"Sella, I've already decided. Don't bring this up again."
Illyasviel von Einzbern did not intend to discuss it further with Sella. There were still some differences between her and a true homunculus, and since the Holy Grail fragment inside Sakura Matou handled all the retrieval of Servants, Illyasviel von Einzbern had lost none of her human personality or abilities.
She still harbored hatred for Kiritsugu Emiya, along with all sorts of other emotions.
"Didn't he promise to take me along to claim the Holy Grail? The Einzbern Family will still win."
"But what if he's lying to you?"
Before Sella could finish, the door to the hall suddenly opened, and Leysritt walked in with Karn.
Earlier, Karn had asked for some magical materials, and the Einzbern Family happened to have plenty. Illyasviel von Einzbern had no idea how valuable they were, so she had casually given all those materials to Karn.
That completed his collection of the things needed to create Zero-Tails. The Einzbern Family was renowned for creating Androids in the first place, and it had plenty of materials that were difficult to obtain elsewhere.
"If you think I'm lying, why don't we try it on you first?"
As long as Karn wanted to, he could hear what they were discussing even from outside, so he addressed Sella and Illyasviel von Einzbern directly.
