The Fox Spirit World.
Tushan Susu fell into thought as she read the messages in the chat group.
All she had to do was give him her World Coordinates, and she could become the strongest being in the world. Then dealing with the Wangquan Family's strongest member would be child's play, wouldn't it?
But...
What if she invited Heavenly Dao over, only for him to destroy her world just as he had destroyed the Dragon Ball universe?
If her selfish desires brought about the world's destruction, what would be the point of becoming a fox spirit?
Tushan Susu wrestled with herself.
Lu Chen wasn't in any hurry despite receiving no reply. He had already put his advertisement out there, after all.
The Transcendent-Dimensional Chat Group.
Kaisa the Old Bitch Must Die: "Say, haven't we been ignoring the two newcomers...?"
Qin Shi Huang: "It seems we have."
Maoshan Taoist: "Forgive us, forgive us."
Lu Chen glanced at the two newcomers' usernames.
Peach Blossom Island's Heiress-Huang Rong, without a doubt.
As the saying went, the 3D scene couldn't do without Tifa, and the martial arts scene couldn't do without Huang Rong.
Big Dipper Ye Fan should be Heavenly Emperor Ye from the Shrouding the Heavens World.
He just didn't know which stage of his life the Ye Fan in the group had reached.
Lu Chen found it rather uninteresting. He was only interested in the worlds behind the group members.
"I'll take a stroll through the Pantheon and see what's so special about the kingdom of gods Eternity created."
Lu Chen closed the chat group and began traveling through the universe.
Along the way, Lu Chen spotted an alien with an enormous head.
"A Watcher?"
Lu Chen glanced at the Watcher in the interstitial space.
The Watchers could be called the ultimate spectators of major events in the Marvel Omniverse.
This race was powerful even by the Marvel Universe's standards. At their peak, they could rival the Colored Celestials.
Although the Watchers later declined, they still possessed power on a super-universe scale. They weren't a race just anyone could mess with.
"Hello, Watcher."
Lu Chen greeted the Watcher with a friendly smile.
The Watcher's gaze flickered.
He sensed the dimensional aura emanating from Lu Chen.
But it wasn't one of his old acquaintances, such as Cyttorak, Mephisto, or Dormammu. The dimensional aura of the being before him was unfamiliar.
This was a newly born dimension demon!
Though puzzled, the Watcher remained courteous and nodded to Lu Chen. "Hello, unknown dimension demon."
Lu Chen smiled. "Haha, I don't like the title of dimension demon. Call me Lu Chen. I've only recently awakened."
The Watcher asked, "Are you going to the Pantheon?"
Lu Chen nodded. "Yes. I've got nothing to do, so I'm going to look around."
"The Pantheon is a filthy place. Don't lose yourself in it."
"All right. Thanks for the warning."
With that, Lu Chen passed the Watcher and headed straight for the Pantheon.
Remaining where he was, the Watcher stared intently at Lu Chen's departing figure, his gaze flickering. There was no telling what he was thinking.
Before long, Lu Chen had crossed tens of billions of light-years.
At last, a transparent barrier appeared ahead.
Beyond the barrier, a vast kingdom shimmered faintly into view.
"I'm here. So this is the Pantheon?"
Lu Chen approached the barrier.
The Pantheon had been created by Eternity, one of the Marvel Omniverse's Five Great Creator Gods, but it was controlled by the infamous Celestials.
Only those who had condensed a divine core could enter the Pantheon. Anyone who forced their way in would be instantly slaughtered by the Celestials.
Once, a god foolish enough to court death had tried to storm the Pantheon. A Celestial descended and cut off that god's head.
That god had been a multiverse-level powerhouse capable of casually destroying countless super-single universes, yet had still been killed just like that.
After that, no more gods dared to force their way into the Pantheon. They all obediently condensed divine cores before entering, leaving the Celestials utterly bored.
The Pantheon before him was controlled by Multi-Universe Celestials.
Condensing a divine core was no challenge for Lu Chen.
With a thought, he brought a divine core into existence.
The divine core radiated five-colored light, symbolizing the five elements.
After merging the divine core into the space between his brows, Lu Chen entered the Pantheon without any resistance.
Yet once inside the Pantheon, Lu Chen was slightly taken aback.
Within the boundless divine kingdom, countless gods were eating, drinking, and amusing themselves.
Some played cards, some played competitive video games, and others fought to the death in octagonal cages.
At the center of the divine kingdom stood a dance floor, where many female gods posed and swayed seductively.
From the private rooms on either side of the divine kingdom came waves of obscene sounds.
Enough to give people...
No.
Enough to give gods indecent thoughts.
Even worse, some gods were playing the most primal game of all right out in public.
Lu Chen was dumbfounded.
Are you sure this is a divine kingdom?
How the hell is this any different from a brothel?
The countless gods before him were hopelessly immersed in carnal pleasures. It was a truly disgraceful sight.
No wonder the Watcher had called this a filthy place.
No wonder someone like Gorr the God Butcher would emerge in the future.
At first, Gorr had been deeply devoted to the gods. Though his homeland was barren, he firmly believed the gods would not stand by and watch his people die. Surely they would save them.
Yet even after Gorr's people and his beloved had all died, the so-called gods he worshipped had done nothing to save them.
This left Gorr utterly disillusioned. Later, through a chance encounter, he obtained All-Black the Necrosword and embarked on a path of god-butchering.
In just a few thousand years, Gorr slaughtered countless gods, striking terror throughout the universe.
Only when Thor appeared did Gorr's plan to slaughter the gods finally fail.
In the universe Gorr inhabited, Thor was the destined protagonist. Although Thor came close to dying several times, his status as the protagonist always allowed him to survive inexplicably.
Still, Gorr hadn't failed completely. He had indeed killed many gods, and he had even made a wish before Eternity, the Creator God, bringing his daughter back to life.
Just then, a female god approached.
She had a voluptuous figure, long golden waves, and an alluring face. Like a perfectly ripened peach, she exuded a rich, mature charm.
Lu Chen saw through her strength at a glance.
Too weak.
She was merely Single-Universe-level, still far from reaching the Multiverse-level.
"Hello, I'm the God of Art. Are you a new god?"
The wavy-haired goddess spoke in a captivating voice.
The God of Art?
So you're really good at painting, then?
"That's right. I'm... hmm, the God of the Five Elements."
Lu Chen gave himself a rather clumsy title.
"The God of the Five Elements? I've never heard of a god like that. Could you show me your power?" the God of Art asked.
"Of course."
Lu Chen demonstrated the five elements law. Five-colored divine light radiated outward, drawing astonished looks from those around him.
The God of Art's eyes lit up. "Wow, what an amazing power! Such beautiful light. May I paint you?"
Lu Chen was just about to speak.
At that moment, a god reeking of alcohol approached with a large crowd of lackeys.
"It's the wine god. I heard he drank a hundred thousand tons of wine today."
"A few hundred tons? That's nothing. I remember his record was an entire galaxy's worth of fruit wine in one day."
"He's come to harass the God of Art again."
"Well, she is beautiful, and her husband was killed by Gorr the God Butcher."
The surrounding gods whispered among themselves.
The alcohol-reeking God of Drunkenness reached out to pull the God of Art into his arms, but she dodged him.
"Elena, I have to say, ever since your husband died, you've smelled better and better, and you've grown more mature too. What's this? Have you found a new husband to keep you well satisfied?"
The God of Drunkenness stared at the mature, seductive God of Art, his eyes brimming with greed.
He had long wanted to mount Alena, God of Art. Ever since her husband had been killed by Gorr the God Butcher, his desire to possess her had only grown stronger.
