Late that night, Tsunade finally called it quits after a full day of bloody battle.
With the casino owner and his underlings respectfully seeing them off, Tsunade and Shizune prepared to return to their inn to sleep.
Fortunately, they had paid for their room in advance. Otherwise, the two of them would have been sleeping on the streets that night.
Of course, given Tsunade's personality, she was more likely to find a tavern, drink until dawn, then ditch Shizune without a second thought and skip out on the bill.
But before they had gone far, a furtive figure approached them.

Doctor Natsume nodded. He had clearly gone there to find someone to help, only to somehow get swept into the gambling.
"Then you didn't win either, right?"
Tsunade suddenly grew interested.
Doctor Natsume scratched his head sheepishly. "I... I couldn't help myself. I followed along and won a little."
"Followed along" was a telling choice of words.
How could Tsunade not know that everyone at the table had been betting against her? She simply hadn't cared.
"Then don't I deserve half the credit for all that money you won?"
