Guy's powerful elbow strike instantly sent Stitched-Up Man flying, smashing his entire chest into a collapsed ruin.
But when he walked out of the rubble, his caved-in chest immediately returned to normal, as though he had never been injured.
By now, Kurenai lay unconscious on the ground.
Guy had no idea what exactly had happened. All he knew was that after finding an opening to use genjutsu on the enemy, Kurenai had instantly suffered severe injuries and never regained consciousness.
As for the others, they could only provide ranged support. None dared approach that man.
Anyone touched by those hands would immediately be twisted and transformed into a monster, with no way to save them.
They would rather be killed by the enemy in battle than become hideous monsters and tearfully beg their comrades to kill them. That was simply too cruel.
The appearance of another enemy this troublesome truly left Guy somewhat uneasy.
Do I have to activate the Eight Gates again? To wipe out the enemy in one go, I'll probably have to open at least the Sixth Gate-the Gate of View-and use Morning Peacock. To be safe, I'd have to open the Seventh Gate, the Gate of Wonder... I don't even know if my body can still withstand it now...
Guy watched the enemy with a grave expression and assumed his stance, already prepared for the worst.

Through Stitched-Up Man's eyes, he could see the shape of everyone's soul. Guy's passionate, scorching soul was like an eternally burning flame, making his skin ache from the heat while leaving him unable to resist drawing closer.
Just as Guy resolved to open
