Hiruzen Sarutobi abruptly stood up to investigate. Since his seat was in the middle, he chose the shorter route, walking directly past the Kazekage.
Rasa remained calm until the Hokage walked past him, turning his back to him...
His expression shifted, and gold dust faintly appeared in his hand.
Although this did not match the original plan, the Hokage's position was simply too tempting.
Not stabbing him in the back now would practically be a disgrace to his ancestors!
