Sasuke's body slammed heavily into the rubble.
Although both were Susanoo, Itachi's Complete Body Susanoo was clearly nothing Sasuke's half-baked Susanoo could compare to.
With just one swing, the skull of Sasuke's Susanoo was sliced off.
Then he was kicked into the rubble.
After landing, Sasuke braced both hands against the ground and couldn't help coughing up a large mouthful of blood.

Before the Complete Body Susanoo, Sasuke found he had no room to fight back at all. None of the power he currently possessed seemed to be of any use.
But he didn't give up. He struggled to his feet, then gritted his teeth and unleashed his most powerful move at Itachi ahead of him.
"Amaterasu!"
Susanoo protected Itachi perfectly. Even those pitch-black, inextinguishable flames could only burn on Susanoo's surface, unable to touch the person inside.
"Not enough. Still not enough. I need more..."
Sasuke seemed to have descended into madness, pouring in his Dōjutsu power as though it cost him nothing.
A trail of bloody tears ran down from his left eye.
The pitch-black flames finally spread, seemingly enveloping the orange-red Susanoo's entire body.
Itachi remained motionless, letting Amaterasu burn.
"Sasuke, you've surprised me again. It seems you already know that each Mangekyō Sharingan contains a special Dōjutsu."
"Until now, you've only witnessed Tsukuyomi. It's time I told you exactly what ability my other Sharingan possesses."
"Remember not to be too surprised, though it really is quite surprising."
"Amaterasu!"
Itachi poured his remaining Dōjutsu power into his right eye, and identical black flames instantly struck Sasuke.
"Aah!"
The Susanoo around Sasuke had already been shattered, so he immediately caught fire and let out a cry of pain.
He truly was utterly shocked!
He had never expected one of Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan abilities
