Ch. 162A little clash!
Naraku sent Saimyosho to lure Inuyasha and Sesshomaru into conflict while seeking Tessaiga. Sesshomaru defeated Inuyasha, learned Naraku was heading north, and pursued him, while Rin searched for a cure for Jaken and a watcher plotted to take Tessaiga.
- Naraku recovered much of his strength and ordered Sesshomaru to fight Inuyasha so he could learn about Tessaiga’s new ability.
- Inuyasha and his companions followed Saimyosho, but the insects died before they could lead the group to Naraku.
- Sesshomaru arrived and accused Inuyasha of killing the Saimyosho, prompting the brothers to fight.
- Sesshomaru’s Heaven and Earth Longsword absorbed Inuyasha’s Wind Scars and disarmed him, leaving Inuyasha defeated.
- Kagome told Sesshomaru that Naraku was heading north and might possess a Demon-Blocking Wall, and Sesshomaru set out after Naraku to avenge Rin and Jaken.
- Rin rode A-Mō into a valley to find the Millennium Fruit, while a woman watching Sesshomaru decided to seize Tessaiga for him.
