"Fine. This time, I'll let you attack first," Xu Zimo said.
Jiang Tianbai gave Xu Zimo a grave look. The other man appeared to be about the same age as him.
His fists trembled faintly. Though his counterattack earlier had been rushed, he had still used most of his strength, yet he had been utterly unable to contend against his opponent.
"What, are you scared?" Xu Zimo asked with a smile.
"What a joke," Jiang Tianbai snorted coldly.
At that moment, a pale black radiance flickered around him as boundless spiritual energy gathered at his side.
That pale black glow grew increasingly brilliant until it finally became pitch-black.
A layer of incomparably pure black crystals covered the surface of his body.
Five Meridian Gates opened behind him, and the aura unique to the Venerable Meridian Realm rippled through the surroundings.
