Zhao Si blissfully enjoyed his massage in the bathroom, feeling comfortable all over. His injuries and fatigue had eased considerably.

"Wonderful!" Godrick clapped in delight. Zhao Si was baffled. Something coming up at the Roundtable Hold might well mean going off to kill someone again. What was so wonderful about that?
Godrick was thinking only of himself. "Now I have a good excuse to go out with you."
"Quit fooling around. Stay home and wait for my senior sister." Zhao Si rolled his eyes. He had never expected Godrick to be thinking about legitimizing his possession of the Bolt of Gransax. It was ridiculous.
"Malenia won't be coming right away. We still have time." Godrick insisted on following Zhao Si.
