"Okay, but the other places won't be like this too, will they? The people in the Underworld have it so rough.
"Dan Heng, do you think we could help the Underworld somehow?"
Dan Heng shook his head.
"These are this planet's internal affairs. We have no right to interfere. Taking care of our own business is enough."

"We can discuss that after we resolve the Stellaron problem. Judging by the condition of these houses, the Upper District and the Underworld have been separated for quite some time. There's probably a deep rift between them, perhaps even hatred. Offering additional help without thinking it through could easily drag us into local political struggles."
