Yoru Mitaka didn't explain in much detail. "Anyway, that human boy named Asaba Kotone is Chainsaw Man. I wasn't expecting Chainsaw Man to be able to take human form, but I'd never forget what he looks like."
By now, the War Devil had decided that Asaba Kotone was Chainsaw Man.
As for exactly what sort of being Chainsaw Man was, she hadn't explained it to Asa Mitaka in detail. Perhaps she simply couldn't be bothered to explain that much.
Asa Mitaka still didn't really understand. All she knew was that Chainsaw Man was a kind of devil.
But how could Asaba be a devil? He looked like a normal human, just like her.
That War Devil probably meant that Asaba had made a contract with Chainsaw Man.
Then Asa Mitaka flopped backward onto her bed, feeling exhausted by everything that had happened that day.
"Going to sleep early is a good idea. You'll have more energy for school tomorrow."
Yoru Mitaka lay down on the bed along with Asa Mitaka.
Since "Chainsaw Man" was Asa Mitaka's classmate, Yoru Mitaka naturally wanted Asa to interact with "Chainsaw Man" as much as possible, then win him over.
"By the way, Asa, you really do like that guy a lot. You've even had quite an effect on me."
Just then, Yoru Mitaka suddenly made that remark.
She could distinctly feel that she had feelings for Asaba Kotone.
But since he was "Chainsaw Man," her affection for "Chainsaw Man" still couldn't outweigh her desire for revenge against him for now.
"...I don't know what you're talking about."
Asa Mitaka was, of course, too embarrassed to admit it.
