Meanwhile, the desserts Kiga had ordered began arriving one after another.
While the food was being served, Asaba Kotone and Kiga tacitly remained silent.
Only after all several dozen desserts had been served did Asaba Kotone speak. "Are you that sure I can't do it? Still, I can't say I'm certain I'll succeed, either. But at the very least, stopping you won't be a problem."

Asaba Kotone sighed, but he had no intention of fighting Kiga over the food.
He simply called a server over and ordered a few desserts for himself.
Soon, Asaba Kotone's desserts arrived at the table, too.
