This was a performance staged by the Great Tomb of Nazarick, meant to draw out the Dragon Worship Cult's forces and annihilate them in secret.

Demiurge directed the imps to attack the Eight Fingers' residences, arrest their occupants, and send them to the Great Tomb of Nazarick for research.

At the same time, noble villas went up in flames, one after another.

All sorts of imps ran around capturing people and setting fires.

The imps were weak, but they made up for it with their sheer numbers.

Demiurge liked to summon a swarm of imps, then use Dominate Spell to order them to follow the plan.
