Roy prepared World City and its vast collection of NPCs and World Items before Yggdrasil shut down, then arrived in the New World with Eve and the city. As Roy investigated the changed world, Ainz watched Gazef’s army enter the Great Tob Forest and ordered a controlled response.

• Roy built World City, designed its defenses and NPCs, and gathered knowledge, supplies, and a hundred World Items before Yggdrasil closed.
• Roy deceived Surshana and the Resistance members into staying online at shutdown, while Arthur prepared to have Roy killed and Roy arranged to expose him if he disappeared.
• At midnight, Roy and Eve crossed into the New World, where Roy became World City’s ruler and discovered a gigantic Space Dragon outside the city.
• Roy tested his abilities in the arena, trained with Kagura Inori, and directed Eve to investigate the nine cities and the surrounding nations.
• Eve reported that Roy’s earlier actions had strengthened humanity and altered events, while Roy ordered Hela to monitor the Katze Plains and Nazarick and sent Eve and Lucifer to investigate nearby countries.
• Gazef and Brain led the Re-Estize army into the Great Tob Forest, where Gazef subdued the Wise King of the Forest and secured its pledge to serve the king and guard the forest.
• Ainz chose to observe Gazef’s army and ordered Albedo to have Aura send monsters to pressure the soldiers without causing excessive casualties, while Laplace’s Demon watched Ainz.

Roy used World City’s agents, false identities, and World Items to manipulate Nazarick and the Dragon Slaying Cult into conflict while capturing several of Nazarick’s maids. He secured Draudillon’s Wild Magic through a contract and learned that his world-class classes could let him wield it alongside Tier Magic.

• Roy deployed disguised Automated Guards and arranged for Luke to lure Nazarick toward the Space Dragon, sending Mare to the moon with a trap scroll.
• Ainz resurrected Mare, while Roy used the battle’s intelligence to prepare a plan to capture Nazarick’s maids and pit Nazarick against the True Dragon Lords.
• Roy acquired Eirin’s Spirit Appraisal Eye, then manipulated Nfirea into joining a Dragon Slaying Cult research project and used the operation to draw Nazarick toward a staged conflict.
• Nazarick’s forces entered the secret base, where Roy’s agents used a Swap Doll and summoned fire dragons to disrupt the battle while the Four Governors captured Shalltear, Yuri, Narberal, and Entoma.
• Ainz retreated after the fire dragons killed several of Nazarick’s allies, and he ordered new defenses and mercenary forces while his agents searched for Nfirea.
• Roy arranged for the Dragon Slaying Cult to steer Nazarick toward an attack on the Argland Council State, then invited Draudillon to World City with a deal for her Wild Magic.
• Draudillon accepted Roy’s contract, and the God of Contracts transferred her Wild Magic to Shallan Wendell after Shallan failed to copy it herself.
• Roy raised his Spirit Appraisal Eye to S+-rank and learned that his world-class classes would let him use Tier Magic and Wild Magic together.

Roy used World City to reshape the Re-Estize Kingdom and the Slane Theocracy while staging a crisis that drew out the Platinum Dragon Lord. After defeating and capturing him, Roy faced the awakening of the Vampiric Dragon Lord beneath Cat Castle.

• Roy gained Wild Magic and a philosopher’s stone from Sharan, then accepted Draudillon’s offer to marry him in exchange for the Draconic Kingdom’s protection.
• Roy made Draudillon stay in World City and sent a Double Phantom to rule in her place while Eve and the Chancellor arranged reforms.
• Roy and Nazarick drew Renner into their plans, and Roy copied her Genius class before making her his slave and ordering her to transform the Re-Estize Kingdom.
• Zanac’s forces crushed Barbro’s coup, while Nazarick seized Eight Fingers and arrested the old nobles as Roy’s purge of the kingdom began.
• Roy intervened in the staged demon attack on the Royal Capital as Demiurge’s forces trapped the Platinum Dragon Lord inside a Wild Magic barrier.
• Roy arrived at the Slane Theocracy, had Lucifer capture the Elf King, and ordered the Theocracy to revise its doctrine and end the enslavement of elves.
• Roy led an assault on the Cat Mausoleum, where Herlock, Jellor, and Brunhilde helped defeat the Platinum Dragon Lord after he revived and summoned Golems.
• Roy used Wish Upon a Star to stop the Platinum Dragon Lord from escaping, knocked him unconscious, and sent him to World City’s prison, breaking the seal on the Vampiric Dragon Lord.
