Hello, everyone. This is your soft and squishy Fei Jiu.

With this, the book has officially come to an end.

As my first completed long-form anime crossover novel, its ending was, frankly, a little rushed.

As for why, well, Fei Jiu has some idea: the power scaling escalated too quickly, the plot progressed too slowly, the lengths of the individual world arcs weren't properly planned, and so on...

Since this was my first attempt at a long novel, I lacked experience, and by the time I noticed, it was already a little late. There were ways to adjust things to suit the plot's needs, but unfortunately, I'm also someone who easily gets caught up in worrying about gains and losses.

In trying to maintain an acceptable level of internal consistency, combined with my limited writing skills, the later conceptual battles ended up veering somewhat into padding and obsessive rambling. I'd like to apologize to all you dear readers for that.

Looking back on this book in my spare time, I realized that, compared with the later arcs for which I researched plenty of reference material and the original works, the Type-Moon and DanMachi stories I wrote most effortlessly at the beginning actually suited my tastes best: bringing powers from another world, exploring the setting bit by bit, freely following inspiration and playing with memes, without worrying so much about logic and power levels. I have to say, there's a certain dark humor in that.

Fortunately, although the ending was a little rushed, I did manage to bring things to a fairly smooth close and avoid the worst outcome of a botched ending. That's something to celebrate.

I'll learn from these lessons with my next book and try to bring you writing with more value.
