These armed terrorists had launched a surprise attack on the Loen Kingdom's garrison. After being caught off guard at first, the garrison's officers and soldiers had swiftly rallied their troops and fought valiantly, finally repelling the terrorists at great cost.
The terrorists had now been identified as the Highland Kingdom's Resistance Army, which was connected to the evil cult known as the Rose School, and some members of Balam's Restoration Society. This had been a premeditated military operation that seriously endangered the lives of Loen soldiers and Loen civilians in the colony.
In response, the Loen garrison had issued a statement to the homeland announcing that it would soon encircle and eliminate nearby strongholds, seeking to deal a heavy blow to the Southern Continent's terrorists and remnants of the former regime intent on disrupting the peace, and restore a safe environment for the peoples of both continents.
