Emlyn felt no fear at Leonard Mitchell's invitation. Holding his silk top hat, he entered the house calmly with the faintest hint of a smile.
He did not take off his coat, because a Potions Professor always carried a great many supplementary items, which were not particularly attractive without something covering them.
Still dressed in his immaculate tailcoat, Emlyn sat down, leaned against the backrest, and said leisurely:

He chuckled, his bright red eyes reflecting Leonard Mitchell's casually dressed figure.
Knowing someone else's secrets while that person knew nothing about him left Emlyn feeling thoroughly pleased and distinctly superior.
Leonard combed his fingers through his black hair and casually sat in the chair opposite him. Without showing any alarm or confusion, he smiled and said:
