Silver-white sword light slashed horizontally toward Leodero's body. The symbols of the Astral World trembled violently, and the god shrouded in lightning cast his gaze downward. In his perception, the sword light abruptly became something else.

The instant this sword light appeared, without even a microsecond's discrepancy, this thing that had entered the world fell within the scope of "omniscience." Naturally, Leodero knew that something like this was about to attack him.
This "omniscience" was uncontrollable. Its power was far more active than the Lord of Storms had imagined, almost passively making him perceive and understand everything. Although this meant his condition was terrible, he did not dislike the sensation. Instead, it faintly accorded with the Tyrant's desire for domination, making him somewhat immersed in and receptive to this perception.
So that was it... this was the "omnipotence" that "omniscience" led to!
This was what it felt like to hold everything in the world in his hands... had the Sun God once been like this too? Had he known, on the very day he acquired "omniscience," that he was destined to face God Almighty's awakening? Had he known all along that nothing he did would help?
Leodero remembered a myth from another race that the Sun God had shared with them while he was still around. Herabergen had not yet joined them then. They had sat around a campfire, with Aucuses concentrating on the stew in the pot. Medici and Ouroboros had always been curious, eagerly awaiting more stories from the Lord, while Leodero...
