The Primordial Demoness seemed not to have accommodated that Conqueror characteristic yet.
She had used no Conqueror Beyonder Abilities in battle. Through harassing the Demoness Sect and gathering intelligence, Medici deduced that some angel was still holding that Sequence One characteristic. In other words, Cheek remained in that neither-male-nor-female, bitterly cynical mental state. In terms of condition, the God of Steam and Machinery was a little better off than her.
Things were not going well for Sauron and Einhorn. Medici sensed this through their connection.
Of course, their battle had been extremely unfavorable from the outset. Holding out this long already exceeded Medici's expectations, so he suspected something unexpected must have happened there. Sure enough, a hurried communication from Einhorn arrived a few dozen seconds later, but after a single word, it was interrupted by George III's King of Angel-level Beyonder Ability.

Medici could not be bothered to wonder how Sauron and Einhorn knew about the Chaos Sea. Every high-sequence Beyonder in the Fourth Epoch had known that the banner mark on his forehead came from his failed accommodation of the City of Calamity. Trunsoest's secret, unsuccessful attempt to connect with the Nation of Disorder had contaminated the Justiciar Uniqueness. Amon, Antigonus, and Door had attempted apotheosis rituals and searched for Sefirah Castle... Matters concerning Sefirah had not been quite so unspeakable in the previous epoch. It was perfectly natural that they might also know about the Chaos Sea corresponding to the Five Omnipotent and Omniscient Pathways.
