Tong Hua followed Mu Mu past row after row of bookshelves, finally stopping in a corner by a window.
Mu Mu pointed ahead with a secretive air. Tong Hua followed his gesture and froze.
Lümei and Huangyao were sitting side by side on a bench by the window. A book lay open in front of them, but neither was clearly paying much attention to it.
Lümei's cheeks were slightly flushed, and she kept stealing glances at Huangyao beside her.

Lümei could not help laughing. She crouched down to help him tidy up. "That's strange. Didn't your luck turn around recently? Why are you suddenly so unlucky again today?"
"I-I just-" Huangyao stammered, unable to get the words out, his ears turning bright red.
"Still, this clumsy side of you is pretty cute too, Huangyao."
"C-cute?!" Huangyao jerked his head up, only to hit the underside of the table with another thud.
Lümei finally burst out laughing. Her laughter was so clear and sweet that Huangyao stared at her in a daze.
Behind the bookshelves,
