I didn't expect to find you so soon!"
Lucario and Dusknoir were standing beneath a coconut tree not far away, both looking slightly surprised.
Lucario's Aura fluctuated faintly. Clearly, Tong Hua's sudden appearance had puzzled him.
Judging by the timing, the postcard he had sent should only have arrived home yesterday, shouldn't it?

"Could this be Sir Minccino? Congratulations on evolving.

"This is Hattrem, our new companion."
Tong Hua introduced her with a smile. "As for why we got here so quickly, that's a long story-"
After some time, Lucario and Dusknoir finally understood the full story.
"It seems quite a few interesting things have happened at the ranch while we were away."

The letter you sent back said you were going to stay here a while longer?"
"Yes." Lucario nodded. "We actually found work here. Since the surroundings are so comfortable, we thought we would keep working here for now."
"Oh? What kind of work? Is it difficult?" Tong Hua immediately grew interested and pressed them for details.
"Nothing complicated. Just some resource gathering," Dusknoir said calmly.
