A scorched smell burrowed into his nose. Jia Lie Jun sniffed, rubbed his sleepy eyes, and saw a graceful figure busying herself by the campfire.

"You're awake. Come eat," Yun Yun said gently to Jia Lie Jun.

"Can this be eaten?" Jia Lie Jun looked at the roasted meat that was faintly charred black, the corner of his mouth twitching as he muttered under his breath.

"This is the first time I've ever made roast meat for someone. Whether it tastes good or not, you're eating it. Otherwise, once my strength recovers..." The corner of Yun Yun's lips lifted slightly, and she raised the longsword in her hand.

"Fine. Today I'll risk my life for a worthy cause and taste what's so different about rabbit roasted by a Dou Emperor." Jia Lie Jun looked as if he were generously marching off to his execution.

Jia Lie Jun tore into the rabbit meat in big bites, black ash smearing the corners of his mouth. After most of the roast had gone into his stomach, he suddenly felt his whole body grow somewhat hot, and he squirmed uneasily.

His whole body was unbearably hot, and his gaze burned as he looked at Yun Yun. Then he lowered his head to the roast meat in his hand and asked, his mouth a little dry, "What did you sprinkle on this meat just now?"

Yun Yun pointed at several white porcelain bottles on the stone platform. "I put a little of the seasoning from each of those bottles."

Jia Lie Jun's face changed drastically. "One of those porcelain bottles was filled with aphrodisiac."

Yun Yun's pretty face froze. Then a trace of anger rose on her face, and she scolded him coquettishly, "You little bastard. So young and already up to no good, actually carrying aphrodisiac with you. Were you planning to ruin some girl?"

Jia Lie Jun sat cross-legged in the water. Dou Qi flowed along his meridians, constantly circulating as it slowly expelled the aphrodisiac from his body. With a splash, Jia Lie Jun leaped out of the water. Then, without the slightest pause, he rushed back into the cave.

Yun Yun lay on the stone bed, her body twisting unconsciously, her clothes in disarray and revealing large expanses of skin. Jia Lie Jun hurriedly took hold of her jade-like hand. Dou Qi passed through her arm and into Yun Yun's body, traveling through her meridians and circulating throughout her. Gradually, Yun Yun's breathing calmed, and the flush on her body slowly faded. Only after about half an hour did he release her hand.

Yun Yun slowly woke. She looked around, then abruptly sat up and checked her body.

When Jia Lie Jun saw Yun Yun, he scratched his head and said awkwardly, "I didn't do that to you."

Yun Yun felt both ashamed and angry, thinking to herself, Even though you didn't do that to me, you practically touched my whole body, and I even lost my first kiss. The more she thought about it, the angrier she became. She glared fiercely at Jia Lie Jun and snapped, "Why were you carrying aphrodisiac with you? Were you planning to ruin some girl?"

Jia Lie Jun hurriedly waved his hands. "No, I carry aphrodisiac for self-defense. In the Monster Beast Mountain Range, when I run into beasts I can't beat, I throw a large amount of aphrodisiac at them. Once the beasts go into heat and lose their reason, I can seize the chance to escape."

Yun Yun sneered. "Is that so?" Her face was full of disbelief. Jia Lie Jun gave a dry laugh and nodded. Then they fell silent, and the atmosphere became slightly awkward. This silent mood continued until noon. Jia Lie Jun went out and caught a few wild rabbits, then sat beside the fire, absentmindedly turning the roast meat. "You eat. I'm not hungry," Yun Yun said softly. However, as soon as the words left her mouth, her stomach protested, letting out a gurgling sound.

Jia Lie Jun frowned and asked, "Are you confident? If you need help, just tell me."

Hearing Jia Lie Jun's concerned words, warmth rose in her heart, and she said softly, "Last time, I wanted to sneak into the Amethyst Winged Lion King's cave, but I was discovered. This time, I plan to lure the Amethyst Winged Lion King away. You sneak into the cave and help me find the Purple Spirit Crystal."

Jia Lie Jun nodded heavily.
