Surprised, Di Yi looked at the man, then sensed the things he carried.
What had triggered this change was beyond his expectations. He had never imagined that "Bear Child" had ties to the Rain Clan he had encountered in Cloud-Rushing Town.
Could "Bear Child" have been born in the Rain King Mansion?
No, that wasn't right. When I picked up traces of "Bear Child" in the Sacred Emperor Palace, the Nine Heavens of the Rain Path Precious Technique didn't react at all. Besides, I didn't sense any power of the Rain Path in him.

"Are any of them connected in some special way?" Di Yi asked further.
"A special connection?" Lie Wan'er thought for a moment before answering, "If I had to name one, it would be Martial King Manor. I've heard there are signs of a marriage alliance between the two families, either in this generation or the next."
"Oh, Martial King Manor?" Di Yi mused, then indicated to Lie Wan'er that they would leave the other places for later and visit Martial King Manor first.
"Ah, oh, all right!" Lie Wan'er kept feeling that Di Yi had some purpose in mind. Some hesitation stirred in her heart. Could the Rain God of the Rain King Mansion, or the Martial God of Martial King Manor, have some karmic connection with him?
