"My Abra can teleport within about a kilometer."
Abra could leave a Psychic Type Mark a kilometer away and instantly return to it with Lisia and the small belongings she carried.
If he used Teleport alone, he could go farther.
"If the distance exceeds five kilometers, Abra loses contact with his Psychic Type Mark."
"That's pretty impressive."
In the games, once you entered a building or cave, you could no longer use Teleport. You could cross mountains and forests, yet you couldn't teleport out of a room.
Reality had no such unreasonable-sounding restrictions. Abra's Teleport range of one kilometer in a straight line was actually more than enough.
They wouldn't need to take many precautions on the outskirts of Meteor Falls. Leaving a Psychic Type Mark somewhere rarely visited would let him get people out from anywhere within a one-kilometer radius.
The route deeper into Meteor Falls would certainly be longer than a kilometer, but most of it wound back and forth. They could actually go quite deep while remaining within one kilometer of the marker in a straight line.
Moreover, within a straight-line distance of five kilometers, Abra could sense the direction of his Psychic Type Mark, giving him a directional reference. If they got lost, they could simply follow that sensation back to their starting point.
A five-kilometer radius could cover most of Fallarbor Town, including the Stone Forest District.
Without a clear objective, Shen Qi wouldn't go that far into Meteor Falls.
"Lisia, can rocks interfere with Abra's ability to sense his Psychic Type Mark?"
Like Wi-Fi, which disappeared after a few walls, let alone in Meteor Falls.
"Ordinary things won't weaken his ability to sense his own marker, but it's hard to say with special substances."
Interference would only arise if the mountain contained substances that
