Now, the young couple in charge needed to produce some results as soon as possible, to show the outside world that the Pewter Science Museum had not declined or simply become a tourist attraction. The museum had genuine research capabilities and standards.
The same applied on Shen Qi's side. Zinnia knew about Hisuian Form Pokémon that had yet to be researched in the Normal World Line, but she could not revive or recreate them alone. She needed a trustworthy research institution to get involved.
