As Li Xin recalled the twenty flying swords, he brought them together and stacked their power, completely fusing the strength of all twenty as he slashed at one Mechanical Puppet's shield.

The fourth level required a seventyfold mental power amplitude to begin practicing. To master it, one's Spiritual Force had to reach Domain Lord Level, and one had to cross the threshold of comprehending laws.

Once the first level was mastered, its moves would double the power produced by one's existing mental power amplitude. The second level would multiply it fourfold, the third eightfold, and the fourth sixteenfold!

In other words, if Li Xin's mental impact force was 10 and his mental power amplitude was tenfold, his mental impact force would normally reach 100 with an all-out strike.

After mastering the first level of Star Annihilation, however, using its moves would produce a mental impact force of 200, directly doubling his original output. If he mastered the fourth level, it would increase sixteenfold, bringing his mental impact force to 1,600!
