The strength of Universe Masters was divided into six tiers:
First tier: newly ascended Universe Masters with a life gene level of 100 times, who had yet to create an Ultimate Secret Art and whose Supreme Treasure Weapons were ordinary. This was the "entry level."
Second tier: those with a life gene level of 1,000 times, who had created an Ultimate Secret Art and possessed fairly good Supreme Treasures. This was the "ordinary level."
Third tier: those such as Yan Emperor and Lord of Flint, at the "peak level."
Fourth-Order: those such as Lord of Ice Peak, Lord Anyong, or Lord of the Galaxy without using his ultimate moves, at the "top level."
Fifth-Order: those at the level of Lord of the Galaxy and Chaos City Lord, who had generally either created a fused Strongest Secret Technique or obtained a wondrous object. They were the best of the best, only one step away from becoming a Universe Strongest.
Sixth-Order: this classification did not exist within the Primal Universe. It referred to extraordinarily powerful Universe Masters who possessed supreme treasures. After all, any Universe Master who could reach sixth-tier strength without relying on such a treasure already had the ability to become a Universe Strongest. What would they be waiting for instead of breaking through?
