During the Rookie Trial, Dongguan had used his real name. He did not know whether the others had.
But continuing to use his real name would not be a good thing.
In Infinity Space, it was best to have a code name, or even several, which he could give to other Space-Time Walkers he encountered in mission worlds.
After returning to Infinity Space, that name would then appear under "Recent contacts."
And when entering a mission world, he might arrive in his own body, or his soul might enter another body. Naturally, he could use a new name then, too.
In Infinity Space, a "name" was just a piece of clothing, much like an "ability," something to put on and use whenever needed. But there would always be some that felt more natural to use, some that fit better.
As for entering a mission within ten days, that had to do with mission difficulty.
As a "viscount," under normal circumstances, he could wait up to three months before participating in his next mission.
But if he really waited until then, when Infinity Space issued the mission, its difficulty would be calculated for a normal "viscount"-in other words, "Tier 2."
And since he had not actually reached "Tier 1" yet, if he participated in a mission within ten days, its difficulty would be calculated at "Commoner level." Within one month, it would be "baron level," or a "Tier 1 mission."
This was one of the "benefits" available to rookies.
