"Law fusion really is this wondrous." Dongguan turned the book over, but instead of continuing to read it, he took out another volume, the eighth, and began leafing through it.
"A trace of the mysteries of space-time fusion. Law fusion truly holds endless wonders."
In the study of laws, several terms were often used: comprehension, analysis, complete comprehension, combination, and fusion.
Of these, comprehension meant studying laws normally. The other four were actually special forms of comprehension.
Analysis meant separating a law into individual elements and searching for patterns, such as analyzing the Time Law's 108
essences, or analyzing the Space Law's 108 essences. Lower Laws, Fusion Laws, and so on could all be analyzed, and there was more than one way to do so.
For instance, a Fusion Law could be approached through the individual parts of a Beast God's body: scales, flesh, blood, internal organs, bones, claws, wings, special organs, and so forth. Since a Beast God was itself a system of Fusion Laws, analyzing the Beast God itself was also a way of comprehending Fusion Laws.
It could also be analyzed as eight Beast God Secret Pattern Diagrams, or broken down into different individual laws. All these approaches served to break the whole into parts, progressing from easy to difficult.
Complete comprehension, as the name suggested, meant thoroughly understanding a particular law. Whether through ordinary comprehension or analysis of Law Essences, once one reached "complete comprehension," there was little difference.
