Dongguan stood suspended in the void, the Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron before him.
At that moment, the Spirit Eye between Dongguan's brows was open. He stared at the threads of karma on the Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron, his brows tightly furrowed.
"I might not be able to get the Wood and Grass Cauldron Pearl for now."
Dongguan let out a long sigh, but there was nothing he could do.
The Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron's main causal line connected to the Wood and Grass Cauldron Pearl. After all, the two were essentially one.
Dongguan had examined it shortly after leaving the Heaven and Earth Flower Divine Kingdom.
If he tracked King Huozhen directly through his causal line, an image of Dongguan would appear in his mind, and he would inevitably notice. But that would not happen if Dongguan used the connection between the Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron and the Cauldron Pearl.
Dongguan could not claim ownership of the Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron, and King Huozhen could not claim ownership of the Wood and Grass Cauldron Pearl either, so naturally, he could not detect it.
After examining it, however, he discovered that the Wood and Grass Divine Cauldron's causal lines did not point straight to any one place,
such as the Fifth Battlefield, where King Huozhen was. Instead, they were rather scattered, with two relatively distinct directions among them.
Dongguan had observed a similar situation before.
Those two directions pointed roughly toward the Primal Secret Region and the Virtual Universe Company Headquarters, respectively,
so, combined with what he knew, the Wood and Grass Cauldron Pearl should have been in the Initial Universe.
King Huozhen had also passed the twentieth level of the Heavenly Bridge, so he naturally had permanent residency in Chaos
