Du Nan and his two companions fought the two black-armored men. Though weaker, they had the advantage of numbers. Both sides were already injured, and they barely maintained a stalemate.
But elsewhere, the battle between the two Domain Lords had initially been evenly matched. The injured Bu Ji, however, clearly recovered more slowly than the Blue-Armored Man, and was now being suppressed.
"Really troublesome." Bu Ji controlled his Psychic Weapon, forming rings in the air that continually blocked the fist imprints, palm imprints, and various weapons condensed from the Blue-Armored Man's blue light.
At first, he had still been able to attack, but now he could only defend, with no chance at all to strike back.
Just then, he also caught sight of Du Nan and the other two fighting the black-armored men. They could hold on, but victory was unlikely.
"You dare get distracted while fighting me?" A smile curled the Blue-Armored Man's lips. With a wave of his hand, a streak of blue light became an enormous saber and flew toward Bu Ji.
Bu Ji snapped back to attention, controlling his Psychic Weapon to form ten overlapping circular shields of lightning.
Boom! Boom, boom, boom, boom!
A string of explosions followed, and five layers of Bu Ji's defenses were shattered outright.
Yet the saber's radiance had not dispersed. It had merely weakened a little.
"Looks like I recover faster." A fierce gleam flashed through the Blue-Armored Man's eyes. The blue light around him formed sabers, spears, swords, halberds, fists, palms, fingers, and countless other shapes, bombarding Bu Ji relentlessly.
Under the bombardment, Bu Ji retreated rapidly. Whenever his defenses shattered, he controlled his Psychic Weapon to keep forming more. If five layers were broken, he formed another five.
