In the villa's courtyard, Dongguan kept swinging his long saber, seemingly exerting himself. A little sweat appeared on his forehead,
but it evaporated immediately.
Apart from that, however, everything remained undisturbed. Each stroke clearly took all his strength and moved at a phantomlike speed, yet not even a ripple appeared in the pool toward which his blade pointed.
Even an ordinary person swinging a long saber like that would have stirred enough air to send faint ripples across the water.
After a hundred thousand consecutive strokes, which took over an hour, Dongguan finally stopped.
"Once I leave that particular environment, my progress really does slow down far too much." He picked up a towel and wiped himself down.
"That's true, but you're already progressing very quickly, Master. If you could test your power multiplier now, it should be above 85. It only gets harder the further you go, though. There's no helping that," Qiong consoled him.
In fact, the hardest stage for the power multiplier came after 90, as it gradually rose toward 100, and even broke past 10.
Once it truly broke past 100, however, another period of rapid improvement would follow. At that point, though, it was no longer called a power multiplier, but body amplitude.
Body amplitude could reach a maximum of a hundredfold, as could the power multiplier. Combined, they amounted to ten thousandfold, the limit within the Primal Universe.
