Kong Chi Lap took Zhou Quan straight to the rooftop of the tallest building at the Flying Tigers' training grounds.
From this commanding height, they could take in the entire training grounds.
"The Flying Tigers have three groups: the Administration Group, the Training Group, and the Action Group."
Kong Chi Lap handed Zhou Quan a pair of binoculars and said unhurriedly, "The Administration Group and Training Group can't easily be assigned elsewhere for long, and they aren't frontline groups anyway, so I won't go into detail about them."
