Nodding slightly, Zhou Quan smiled and pressed his hand downward in a gesture before walking straight to the head of the conference table and sitting down.
Chow Sing Sing followed closely behind his boss and took the second seat.
"Number One made major changes to the Police Force's core management today. Formal documents will be issued later."
