A new month is almost here. The updates lately have been rather lukewarm. As the story slowly unfolds, the protagonist and some of the others have finally arrived at the Wanhai Civilization's trading market. There's plenty to write about, some earlier foreshadowing will be tied up, and there will be brand-new climaxes.
How about this: since I built up a small backlog in September, during the double-ticket period-that is, after the 1st and before October 8th-I'll add 2,000 words for every 1,000 tickets, on top of the usual 6,000 words!
That shouldn't be too much to ask.
After all, it's the double-ticket period. What used to be 500 tickets now counts as 1,000, so that's effectively one bonus chapter for every 500 tickets. That really isn't too much to ask.
If you're a veteran reader, one ticket counts as three!
Also, as long as we reach that event target of 15,666 tickets, we'll receive a 10% monthly ticket bonus-that's 1,566 tickets handed straight to us! (I set that target myself. As long as we reach it, we'll get 1,566 tickets!)
I've always been pretty laid-back about this and have never run an event like this before, so I don't know how enthusiastically everyone will vote. I just hope you don't give me too big a fright.
But no matter what, I'll complete the bonus updates!
