• Chen Jue provided bodily samples at the base, then studied ancient scriptures and scientific papers until he awakened Ālayavijñāna and found a path toward the Void Level.

Chen Jue investigated ancient artifacts that answered a signal from beyond the Solar System, built a nanoscale lithography machine, and learned that Eagle Country was transmitting Earth’s coordinates and human genetic code. As he flew to stop the transmission, he attacked the USS Ronald Reagan, leaving it crashing toward the harbor.

• Chen Jue absorbed the Kashiwazaki Nuclear Power Plant’s energy, while the Sun Wheel and ancient bronze artifacts began responding to a distant electromagnetic signal.
• Chen Jue’s Attribute Panel returned, and he flew to the Long Province base to investigate the artifacts and the signal rising from the First Emperor’s Mausoleum.
• Chen Jue activated the Cloud-Patterned Bronze Five-Pillar Vessel, which projected an armored figure trying to communicate with him.
• Chen Jue compared the vessel’s Bird-Worm Seal Script with chip designs, made an artificial Imperial Heirloom Seal, and used it to view images of the First Emperor’s Fengshan rites.
• Chen Jue built a cleanroom and a 0.1-nanometer lithography machine, enabling researchers to produce a chip that surpassed high-end commercial chips.

Chen Jue uncovered ancient Martian history, freed Bixi, and intercepted an Alliance exploration ship whose crew planned to exploit Earth. He set out to claim the Solar System and returned with Bixi, while Linglong confronted Eugene at a mysterious bronze wall on Second Home.

• Chen Jue seized the Sun Wheel from Area 15, then traveled to Mars and discovered a pyramid containing Bixi and the Civilization Stele.
• Chen Jue freed Bixi and learned from the stele that ancient wars devastated Mars, shattered the emerald planet into the Asteroid Belt, and drove Emperor Zhuanxu’s survivors away from the Solar System.
• Bixi taught Chen Jue Spirit Script, and Chen Jue used it to improve his craft and the Sun Wheel as they left Mars and approached the signal’s source.
• An Alliance pyramid spacecraft attacked Bixi, but Chen Jue and Bixi defeated its forces and captured the escape pod carrying Captain Bulan Kai Xiluode and his crew.
• Chen Jue learned that the Alliance crew could have enslaved Earth’s people, then ordered Xiluode to find a way for him to claim the Sun System and rejected selling humans to raise the required fee.
• Chen Jue decided to return to Earth before visiting an Alliance transit point, rebuilt the exploration ship with Xiluode, and set out with Bixi.
• On Second Home, Linglong chased Eugene through underground ruins to a bronze wall, where Eugene cut a clone subordinate’s throat and the wall began glowing scarlet.
