Both Cloud Arrive Barracks and Deep Valley Barracks were auxiliary barracks, and their permanent troop numbers were not fixed.
Under normal circumstances, a barracks had around fifty thousand soldiers, but auxiliary barracks needed to have two hundred thousand. This was mainly because auxiliary soldiers could freely enter and leave Golden Armor Star and spent very little of the year on the planet. With two hundred thousand soldiers, even if one hundred and fifty thousand were away, Golden Armor Star would still have fifty thousand.
